Who We Are
Martin Construction & Demo LLC is a family-owned, locally-operated Ohio contractor based in Holmes County. Steve Martin started the firm in 2014 and has been operating independently since 2017. Today the company has completed more than 100 demolitions across north-central and northeast Ohio — from single-family homes in established neighborhoods to multi-story commercial structures in tight downtown sites.
We self-perform. The owner is on the equipment. The crew is family and people Steve knows by name. There are no call centers, no middlemen, and no projects too small to do well.

Steve Martin

With over 20 years of equipment operation, he brings the operator-level skill required for everything from clean foundation pours to selective partial demolitions where parts of a structure must remain intact.
Caleb Martin

Lester "Booner" Gray
Booner brings 30+ years of Ohio municipal leadership and infrastructure experience. He served as Mayor of Glenmont, Ohio for 21 years (1994–2015), preceded by 10 years on Glenmont Council. He is a current State of Ohio Class I Water Operator and has long-standing working relationships with Ohio EPA Northeast District, the Holmes County Commissioners, the Holmes County Planning Commission, and the Holmes County General Health District. On every project, Booner manages the customer relationship, the schedule, the regulatory coordination, and the paperwork.
